It's time for a new economy.

The Black Circular Economy is a cooperative, builder-owned framework for the institutions your community actually needs — built by the people who do the work.

The Six Pillars

Six anchors for an economy we own.

Each pillar is a stake in the ground — a domain where the cooperative owns the means of production instead of inheriting them from institutions that did not serve us. [FOUNDER: confirm one sentence on what unifies the six.]

What BCE will provide

A cooperative, builder-owned framework — backed by HTCJ's Venture Studio.

[FOUNDER: confirm body copy — explain what the cooperative is, who owns it, what builders get from participating, and how the operating / capital layer interacts with Hack The Concrete Jungle's existing Venture Studio pipeline. 3–5 sentences is the right size.]

[FOUNDER: confirm whether this section calls out specific builder resources (capital, legal, IP, distribution) that HTCJ already operates. If yes, name them; if not, keep it abstract.]

HTCJ Venture Studio

Capital, operating backbone, and an existing 14-stage client pipeline.
The Black Circular Economy is sub-initiative of the Hack The Concrete Jungle program. Builders accepted into BCE orbit keep the HTCJ operating backbone — legal, sponsor pipeline, revenue ledger — while owning the cooperative stake and the upside of every venture they grow.

Cooperative ownership

Builders are members, not employees.
[FOUNDER: confirm one sentence on the ownership model — who holds the cooperative membership, what membership confers, and how decisions are made.]

How to participate

Three steps from curiosity to membership.

  1. 01

    [FOUNDER: confirm path 1 title]

[FOUNDER: confirm the entry path here — e.g. intake via HTCJ's universal form, partner referral, or direct application to the cooperative.]

  2. 02

    [FOUNDER: confirm path 2 title]

[FOUNDER: confirm what happens after first contact — orientation call, allocation of an HTCJ ID, match to a builder cohort.]

  3. 03

    [FOUNDER: confirm path 3 title]

[FOUNDER: confirm the on-ramp — pilot programs, capital access, cooperative membership, venture studio invitation.]
